Pending authorization means your payment is being reviewed by the bank or PayPal. During this time, you have not been charged yet. It will show up as a pending payment in your bank or PayPal account. Authorizations may stay in your account for up to 14 working days.
If you didn't receive an order confirmation email, we don't have your order and the payment hasn't gone through.
