The carrying case can be returned as long as it is still inside the original plastic packaging with the seal unbroken. Once it is taken out of the packaging, we're unable to offer a return.
When requesting a return for this item, please attach a photo in the email showing the item in the packaging and the condition of the seal. Kindly note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. All shipping fees, including the original shipping fee, are non-refundable.
