We're sorry that your parcel is being returned to us. This may have been due to one of the following reasons:

  • A delivery attempt was made but no one was present at the address to receive the parcel. 
  • You may have provided an incorrect/insufficient address at checkout.


If the tracking currently shows that the carrier has initiated the return process, it is too late to schedule a redelivery. In this case, please let us know your shipping address again and we will send a new package from the warehouse. Please note that a reshipping fee will apply.
