As we sell hygiene products, only unopened items in the original packaging are eligible for returns. We can process returns for items if they have been purchased from websites. We cannot process returns for purchases from other outlets e.g. Amazon.

If you wish to exchange your item, we recommend that you place a new order and return the original order.

Please notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your item. You can submit your request using our contact form. Kindly include the following in your message:

  • The order number 
  • The reason for returning the item
  • Photos to show the item is still in the original packaging with all the seals intact and/or unopened

You may be able to purchase a return label from us. If a return label is not available from the carriers we use, you can purchase your own return postage. For a safe delivery, we recommend using a mailing service that comes with tracking.

The refund will be processed when the item has been inspected at the warehouse. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
