When you've completed your purchase, you should get an order confirmation within minutes. There're a few things worth checking:
- As the confirmation is sent to the email address used to place the order, make sure you're looking in the right email account.
- Search for the email in the inbox, spam and junk folders.
- Your payment may not have gone through. If so, no order would have been processed at our end. Check your PayPal account or bank statement to see if the funds have been deducted. If the payment is still pending, contact your bank to find out why.
If the payment has gone through and you're still not seeing an order confirmation, let us know and we'd be happy to look for your order.
