Depending on the shipping service, you may be able to collect your parcel from the carrier/post office or schedule a redelivery. We recommend taking the following action:
- Check your mailbox for a missed delivery card. It will give you details on how to collect the parcel or arrange for a second delivery.
- If no card has been left behind, look up the latest shipping advice on the website of the carrier using the same tracking ID.
- Contact the carrier as soon as possible before they return the parcel to us.
If the tracking currently confirms that the return process has been initiated, then it is too late to schedule a redelivery. In this case, please email us your shipping address again and we can send a new package from the warehouse. Please note that a reshipping fee will apply.
