As there is only a short period of time before an order is automatically transmitted to our fulfillment partner for processing, we can't guarantee we can edit or cancel your order but we will do our best!
Submit your request via the contact form. Including the following information, where applicable, will help us locate your order quickly in the system:
- Order number and email used to place the order
- Item to cancel
- Item to add to the order, including details like the color and quantity
- New address to change to
Note: If you've signed up for an account on the website, editing the address in the account dashboard will not amend the address in the order that's being processed for fulfilment. We advise that you reach out to our team as soon as possible if you wish to change the shipping address.
